September 18 - Day 160

Pajama days call for tea party lunch...
pink lemonade,
tuna and cucumber mini sandwiches,
carrot sticks with ranch dip,
and lots of giggles.
lovely!

September 17 - Day 159

Lunch with Grandma Becky at Shivers...
the pig and bunny have their own seats on the train.
They don't get any fry sauce (much to Chloe's dismay),
but we would hate for them to be left out!

September 16 - Day 158

Nothing better than a great big batch of fresh homemade salsa from our garden harvest!

September 15 - Day 157

Polka dots, ruffles, and a great big tractor!
We had fun at the state fair!

September 14 - Day 156

A little lunch adventure with dad...and this little face was just too cute not to capture!

September 13 - Day 155

We have a hat obsession happening around here...
and it is really no wonder with the cute hats these girls get to model!

September 12 - Day 154

She wants to be big like her brother and sister, but those headphones are sure tricky!

September 11 - Day 153

Her first camping trip.
Her first dutch oven breakfast.
Her first chilly morning by the campfire.
Yet, she looks like a pro!

September 10 - Day 152

My livingroom is now a holding place for the gear for our ward campout.

September 9 - Day 151

Morgan's homework for today.

September 8 - Day 150

First day of school for Chloe.
She has a very good example to look up to.
And he pours out an extra dose of encouragement and understanding to her.
Nothing in the world is so sweet to me as this.

September 7 - Day 149

Preschool orientation for Little Miss Chloe.
Delighted for her to experience school,
afraid of how she will control (or not control) her temper,
and sad to think that another one of my babies is growing up way too fast!

September 6 - Day 148

Everytime I walk by the girls' room,
the sight of the light streaming in on this cute little corner
makes me happy!

September 5 - Day 147

Their favorite activity is going outside and spending the afternoon
catching grasshoppers with Daddy.
Even in her Sunday best, my little princess isn't afraid to play with bugs.

September 4 - Day 146

So fun to take pictures of my sweet cousin and her beautiful family today!

September 3 - Day 145

Pizza picnic!
A favorite event around here!

September 2 - Day 144

We told him that he would have to learn how to ride his bike without training wheels if
he wanted to go to Kindergarten (I know, I know, lying to your kids is terrible, blah blah blah).
Well, it worked, and now he can zip around the school parking lot like a pro!
Look at the determination in his face!

September 1 - Day 143

Fresh from our garden!

August 31 - Day 142

Back to school boys (with some sisterly support)!

August 30 - Day 141

My sweet little Kindergarten boy.
Where did the time go?
It seems like only moments ago,
I cuddled you close, relishing the fact that finally,
because of you, I was now a mother!
It seems like just moments ago,
Daddy and I filmed hours and hours of
footage of you batting at your musical piano
before you could even roll over.
And just moments ago, that great big smile and infectious laugh of yours
came from a sweet little roly poly baby boy.
You may be all grown up and off to school 5 days a week,
but you are still that little baby boy to me!
